入国手続や在留手続等の問い合わせ先として、相談窓口を設置しています。
全国どこからでも利用できます。
　In order to respond to various inquiries regarding immigration and residence procedures, the Immigration Services Agency has established "Immigration Information Centers" at Regional Immigration Services Bureaus and District Immigration Services Offices. Immigration Information Centers are set up to handle telephone, in-person and e-mail inquiries in Japanese and multiple languages.

　The Immigration Services Agency has started an email distribution service to share
