令和5年11月　議会報告を行いました

　こんにちは。ナセドキナ・オルガです。本日は、お話をする機会をいただき、ありがとうございます。
　
　鎌ケ谷市議会の皆様には、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻に対して非難する決議をしてくださったことに、改めて感謝申し上げます。また、鎌ケ谷で受け入れていただいてから1年以上にわたり、私達家族をご支援いただき、大変感謝しております。
　
　私が鎌ケ谷市のスタッフになって、1年経ちました。私はこの仕事に就けて嬉しく感じています。この仕事を通して多くのことを学ぶことができ、自分のことを表現する機会にも恵まれました。
　
　この仕事に就けたことで最も重要なことは、ウクライナについて話す機会があることです。コラムやイベントを通して、ウクライナ文化について触れたり、ここでの生活で感じたことを説明することがあります。私が話すことで、日本の皆さんがウクライナをより理解し、また身近に感じ、関心を持っていただけると思っています。
　
　戦争は長期間続いていますが、私たちは、平和が訪れるまでは、折に触れて、国際社会の意識を向ける必要があり、それは私にとってもとても大切なことです。
　
　私はこちらで仕事をしつつ、子ども達をしっかりと育てていける時間があることを嬉しく思っています。ウクライナと日本という、2つの文化を吸収しながら子ども2人は新たな個性を育みつつ、順調に成長しています。
　
　子ども達は、日に日に日本語を話すようになっています。私もです。しかし同時に、自分たちがウクライナ人であることを忘れずに、長男はウクライナと日本の両方の学校で学んでいます。もちろんウクライナの学校はオンラインで学んでいます。
　　
　残念ながら、ウクライナでの戦況には終わりが見えません。国際社会では、この状況が当たり前のように捉えられていますが、そうあってはならないはずです。
　
　この争いは、世界で2番目に強いといわれる軍隊を持つ国と、多くの人が知らなかった国の争いです。世界中の助けが無ければ、ウクライナが消滅する可能性さえあります。ロシアは私の故郷を破壊しましたが、国までも奪わないでほしいです。
　
　一人ひとりが、ウクライナへの支援団体に寄附することで、誰かの命を救い、状況の改善につながります。これを皆さんに考えていただくことが、私にとって重要で、伝えていくべきことだと考えています。
　
　私は今、ここ日本で普通の生活を送ることができて嬉しいです。ご理解、ご支援に感謝申し上げます。引き続き、私は市役所のスタッフとして、母親として、そして鎌ケ谷市民として、精一杯頑張ります。

Thank you for the opportunity to speak here today.

　
I would like to thank Kamagaya City Assembly once again for condemning Russian military aggression against Ukraine. For more than a year now, the city of Kamagaya has been helping me and my family. I'm grateful for your support.

Also, for 1 year now I have been a staff member of city hall of Kamagaya. I am happy to have this job, during this time I have learned a lot, this job gives me the opportunity to express myself.

And what’s most important in this job is that I can talk about Ukraine. I have the opportunity to talk more about Ukrainian culture and about my life here. What makes Ukrainians more understandable to the Japanese and therefore closer and not indifferent.

The war lasts for a very long time, but we need the attention of the world community to this conflict both now and then until peace comes. It is very important for me and Ukrainians.

I’m also glad that with this job I can devote time to my children. Two new personalities are growing up who absorb two different cultures: Ukrainian and Japanese.

My boys speak Japanese more and more every day, and so do I, but at the same time they do not forget that they are Ukrainians and my eldest combines two schools, Japanese and Ukrainian. Of course, he has Ukrainian lessons online.

Unfortunately, the war in Ukraine is not coming to an end. And for the world community, the war in Ukraine is perceived as a kind of norm. It doesn't have to be like this.

　
This is a war between the second strongest army in the world and a country that many people didn’t even know about. And without world help, without your help, Ukraine may disappear. Russia destroyed my hometown, don’t let them destroy my homeland.

Each of you can save someone’s life or make it better by donating to Ukrainian volunteer organizations and it’s important for me to be able to remind you of this.

I'm glad that we can have a normal life here in Japan. Thank you for your understanding and help. In turn, I will do the best I can as a worker, as a mother and as a citizen of this country.
